I stood on my toes reaching towards happiness with all that I could. But it was just out of grasp, there was no escaping. I stumbled over the edge and inevitably fell.
The fall was long and hard and every moment just made it worse. I was submerged in the deep rivers of sorrow and as I struggled to get free, I was pulled farther in.
