Amara Mallick had a habit for buying shoes she didn't need and purchasing designer bags that were yet to be released. Her name itself became a brand of its own. She was used to the attention and flattery that came her way knowing well the respect and the power she held.

Luciana Castillo held a different story. While the name Amara Mallick would've immediately caused some sort of reaction, Luciana Castillo was simply another name to the list of students who attended Elswood Academy. Her eyes were glued to her textbooks and her mind wandered off to the latest books that hit the shelves rather than the latest trends. Rather than gaining the eyes of her peers, Luciana preferred being invisible.
