Emily Hunt is just your average girl next door, or so she seems it. Nobody knows her darkest secret, or 'gift', as she sometimes puts it. When she meets a certain guy, but not your ordinary guy, things happen that she never knew would, and she knows this isn't just a normal 'thing' between two normal teenagers, and she's going to go through trouble to get what she wants.

I decided to take a different turn with my writing, as this is different to the other things I've been writing about. I once read a fanfic which you may or may not have read yourself, but the idea from that sort of inspired the idea for this story (I would just like to make clear that I am in no way copying from the fanfic), and I just hope you like it.

[COMPLETED] "Shoot," Joey mumbles, letting out a string of profanities under his breath. We turn around to find a group of men, all with guns, standing where we just came from, and they look pissed... probably because they were forced to run through this tunnel after us. "Leave us alone," Joey says, sounding dangerous and snapping me out of my thoughts. The levity of the situation hits-we need to get out of here. I look around for a route of escape and thankfully I see a light, literally, at the end of the second tunnel. I let out a small, almost inaudible, gasp and nudge Joey. He looks at me and I subtly gesture with my head to the second tunnel. He glances at it and immediately we are on the same page. His jaw sets and he looks at the group.
