No one is perfect in this world
No one can do everything without a flaw.
A person has his own strength
That same person also had a weakness.
If we were all perfect
No one would be different and unique.
We would all play the same game.
We would all wear the same clothes.
We would all think the same thought.
So now, you tell me
Is it good to be perfect
Or to be different and stand out from the rest.

Regardless of size, putting your life on hold until you reach that perfect weight, does no one any good. This will be my collection of poems reflecting on societies obsession with weight and size and the effect this has on us and how we can change this. We shouldn't be allowing it to determine whether we should be happy, successful or loved. Enough is enough. Start living. You deserve it all now. I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong. I don't care what you think about my writing because it's part of me and this is how i'm choosing to show you who I am. I was bullied. I did have my heart broken. I have came back stronger.
