Veronica Summers always followed her parents orders. She was the perfect little girl. Never went to a party, had good grades, concentrated on school, never did anything against the law.
But what her parents didn't know is that their little Ronnie was tired of living, she couldn't handle life any longer. She didn't want to let down her parents like she let down everything else, but she was tired. She couldn't let her parents know that she did some horrible things to herself and to others. She felt as if she was a burden to everyone she encountered.
One day, she decided she had enough. She ran and ran and ran, never looking back. Tears were non-existent as the young teenage girl climbed up the wall of the infamous Golden Bridge. She looked at the sea of water in front of her, thinking of how lucky it was to be free, free of responsibilities and of any kind of bond. She was about to take a step forward when a voice startled her.
