Tsubasa Endo is a famous pianist from the Americas. He is very popular among the ladies. His parents made him move to Japan to enroll in school for once in his life.
Even though Tsubasa has money, he got a scholarship for the music program at Ouran to improve it.
The only secret, and problem, that Tsubasa has, is that he is a she. That is a lie the entire world does not know of. Basically they believe the she is a he.
What will happen when Tsubasa meets the Host Club? Will they find out her secret?
