During the 74th Hunger Games, Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen won. They were the victors. What if Snow hadn't decided to reap the tributes from the surviving victors for the 75th Hunger Games? What if the 75th Hunger Games meant that Katniss and Peeta had to CHOOSE two tributes from District 12? What if Rosalyn was reaped?

What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game.
