Nicole Winters is shy,cute,and a foster kid. The only real family she has is her little sister,Snow Winters,now she is moving from her home in Manhattan and going to New York. Then her mother gets married to a guy who drinks and gambles. One day he starts to abuse her and the only person who knows is,Dillion Everest, a boy she meets who has a secret and Nicole wants to find out what it is.
Dillion Everest is abused. He tries to hide it and smiles. Nicole Winters is the love of his life when his step dad threatens her, he had to leave her and the last time they were together she tried to commit suicide. They both do self-harm. Leaving her is the hardest thing he had to do.
