Meanwhile, Oli is trying to end his life in England. His band is falling apart, his ex won't leave him alone, and he feels is only friend is his razor blade.
Their lives are truely incomplete without each other.
All the while, Brodie has been receiving mysterious phone calls and letters from an unknown source. Are they from Oli? Or from someone else? And on top of it all, her brother is in jail. accused of a crime that he didn't really commit. Can she handle the stress of everything?
Will Brodie and Oli get back together before it's to late for the both of them? Can things ever be the same, or will they walk away from each other forever?

When Oli decides to indulge himself in one of his addictions (tattoos), he comes across Lacey and her art and feels an automatic connection with her. Life is for the most part is blissful for them, until one night Lacey receives the fright of her life that could just destroy there relationship. This is a short story so everything moves very quickly, nothing is drawn out. I am also from South Africa and my slang and general writing my not be what everyone is use to, but I tried to make it appropriate for everyone. The story is also in the life of a metal band so there will be a little swearing, drug abuse, and a few sexual moments; but nothing to intense.
