Exactly this, happened to Jay, who would be more than happy to finally meet her mate. Her best friend at the time, Alice, is lucky enough to keep her fate, and she meets her mate in the right time, and is happier than ever with Zack Merrick, the bassist of All Time Low.
Jay finally manages to meet her destiny, Jack Barakat, and she's happier than she's ever been ever since they met. Fate however, had other plans for their relationship.
