The City of Natividania was once a peaceful place.


With it's 18 districts headed by the central city,  Poblacia which is subdivided in Eastern and Western Parts


The Eastern Poblacia was known for their ruthless Firebenders while on the Western part are the Waterbenders...Though it is known that water could defeat fire, the Eastern Poblacia is also strong with their armies, same with the Western...The rest of the 16 barrios were distributed with earth and air elements...




Because of the conflict and discrimination to the waterbenders, this war started  between Eastern and the Western Poblacia, later affected the other cities already...And because of that thing other barrios are joining the fight already...
 


But there came a time that they had an agreement togetherv with the other barrios...
