I know what you're thinking. But stop thinking it. I am not a monster though it may seem like I am. I assure you, I am not. My name is Lexi. I am a Guardian. An Earth Guardian to be exact. My task is to destroy the Fallen and save mankind. With the help of the rest of my kind, of course.
We are not the monsters. They are. The Fallen were once angels but they committed sins. Hence their name. They are fallen angels. They fell back down to Earth and plan on taking over. My kind - the Guardians - are here to stop this from happening.
