The process is expensive, but well worth it to the rich and powerful who wish to become leaders, fighters, or  practically anything..
  However, there is one set of RB DNA that is coveted by everyone.. The DNA of the super powered heroes from the heroic era of the 22nd century. And those who are lucky enough to become heroes, are admitted into an academy. 
  Narin Jousuke is a poor middle school student who won a sweepstakes for a free Rebirth, and when he finds out that there's a spot of being a hero available, he jumps on it with excitement, dreaming of becoming a cool super hero..
