"I'm a monster, Nala. I'll only hurt you",he said, looking into her innocent doe eyes. It took everything in him not to rush to her, grab her and kiss her soft lips senselessly. He wanted so bad to feel her near him but he had to tread carefully. He was dangerous and he knew this.

"But... ",she tried to protest but before she could complete her sentence, he showed her a side of his that she always dreaded to see.
"GO!!! ",he roared at her and watched as she scurried out through the huge door in fear of him. As she left, he felt the little hope of happiness seep out through his heart slowly.
