A/N: I haven't seen many stories about Shinki and thought I should write a story about his life based on my imagination (and maybe throw a little Gaara's childhood in there). Shinki is my 2nd most favorite character in the new generation behind his lovely cousin Shikadai so I thought, what better way to show my love to him than writing a story about his life? I am currently working on a new ShikaTema story (but writer's block right now...) and a sequel to my first story is 'To the past we go' (I hope it will come out soon... Also writer's block lol).
