Sweet Dreams
Monsters are everywhere, but the human ones are the worst. At least the Creatures of the Night don't kid almost families, friends, neighbors, coworkers. Once reborn they live in the night. Sure, they do all of the same twisted things that humans do to one another, but they don't hide who they are. When you see them you know death is coming. You can predict the sick things they will do to you. But when the monster looks human, you're blindsided. One minute you're in love with a guy and the next he's slitting your throat. Trust me, I speak from experience. Gruesome things that use to make me sick now makes my stomach flutter in joy. I traded charming grins and blue eyes for carved smilies and orbs of onyx. I traded sunlight for the glow of the moon. I gave up living amongst humans for creatures of the night. And I wouldn't go back for anything in the world. I am finally home. INTRODUCTION: Missing person reports were just piling up one after another these days. But none of the victims were found alive. After the killer got what he wanted from victim's family, the next day person would be found dead. People are starting to move out from the city. It's gotten worse as hours passed. Phones are ringing at the police stations and 911 calls are getting more and more desperate. Not many things were found out about this town's killer. But, the way people are describing him- yes him- shows that they all see him as an old man called the Gentleman. He got this name from the way he puts his deceased victims bodies. Lying on their back, carefully placed, hair brushed and clean, face without any makeup, but covered with black veil, white nightie with small bouquet in their arms that are placed on their chest. Beautifully horrific sight if you ask me. They all appeared to be women in their early or mid 20s, brunettes with blue eyes, skinny and average height. The Gentleman is described as someone in his late 30s or early 40s, is into art, but mostly sculptures as he shows by placing his victims in recognizable positions. On most of dead women's necks could be seen small tattoos that were assotiated with life and death- butterfly with its wings painted like skull.
