Aria Isabelle Mikaelson-Salvatore also known as Isabella Marie Swan has two different lives. 
She is known as Aria to her family. Her family is Finn, Elijah, Niklaus, Kol, Rebekah, and Henrik Mikaelson. The first original vampires to walk the earth. 
She is known as Isabella to her other family, she compelled this family to believe that she was their daughter. Her other family includes Charlie and Renee Swan.
She catches the eye of a certain cold one. Edward Cullen is possessive of her but doesn't know she isn't quite human.

Side note: current time setting is set in 2008. I'm just taking you throughout Izzy's past before I get to her other life. The two will come together in time. 

The vampire diaries belongs to L.J. Smith and the cw network along with Julie Plec.
Twilight belongs to Stephanie Meyer.
