Mirai Hibari is an ex-Pokemon Champion, he went out on another journey after being defeated and his title as Pokemon Champion was given to another. As he sets off to go and start his next journey, he accidentally runs into a battle of legends, Dialga and Palkia are at it again but when Girantina shows up and makes his move the combined attacks are suddenly directed towards him and he is sent to somewhere unknown.
Lost in another world where Pokemon do not exist, he tries to fit in as he researches for a way back. He is forced back into school and ends up in Class-E, where a strange being appeared after most of the moon is obliterated and claims it was his doing. Now watch as he stumbles trying to kill Koro-sensei with his classmates and keep his Pokemon secret and under control. But it would've been easier if his Pokemon would stop trying to go with him and he would stop himself from being to attached to his class.
