This is the story of a desperate 15-year-old boy named James who wants to be a successful astronomer. Kids in his school don't quite understand what an astronomer is. But when the tests start and James hasn't studied for one week, he starts to panic. But there's this girl called Rachel who studied for two weeks and is showing off her knowledge.
They used to be friends but after she became snobby, they broke apart.
And when university strikes and Rachel is looking for a good job, she hasn't studied hard enough and ends up being a person who works in a supermarket, and James is starting to worry because of a guy called Brian Liamson is starting to shove him down to a bad astronomer.
What's even worse is that his family is running out of money and needs James's help...
