Dawn may seem like your average high school nerd on the outside, but she has an alternate personality that holds many secrets. As her alternate personality she is Bionnica the town's superhero. She has strange abilities thanks to the chip that is implanted in the back of her neck. A year ago she was found in the town's streets by the one man that she trusts most; her 'brother' Francis, but she has no memory before he found her. The only things that link her to her past life is the chip in the back of her neck and recurring dreams that star an unknown boy who calls himself Project C.
Over the last year she has passed them off as nothing but when the boy from her dreams appears suddenly in her school she wonders if maybe there is more going on than what she knows.
As she digs deeper into her past there are more questions asked than there are answered, and she discovers a dark secret that makes her question everyone she knows and everything she thought she knew.

I was pinned to my bed. He left me no option but to stay in place. I tried to control my reactions, but couldn't help but sigh as Matt nipped my earlobe.
