Hi, I'm Sapphire. I've never been one known to be the most... Well, how do I put this- aesthetically pleasing? I'm not the prettiest of the bunch. I never have been. I have short brown hair, glasses, and I'm kind of chubby. I always felt like I would never aspire to anything. And that's mostly because my parents always told me, "you'll never aspire to anything." I've never been too fond of my mom and dad. They abused me as a child, physically and emotionally. Every night, I felt like dying. I had no friends. I had nobody to turn to. Until the day I met Jasper. I remember it like it was yesterday. The date and everything. I met him March 24th, 2011. I tell him everyday, "you saved me." And I'll continue to remind him that, every single day. He taught me that there's more to people than what meets the eye. He taught me that I have a choice in this world. I could be happy, I could be sad. I could be jealous, I could be mad. I could be anything I want to be. Jasper saved me like no other.

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. He's never been taught how to love or trust, never had friends because he believed he didn't need them. He's never talked to other kids except to sell drugs. He gets confused when he catches himself slowly letting his guard down for her. He see's how care free she is and he hates her. He hates how he likes her for it. The stress made her dad turn into a huge drug user and alcoholic. He would abuse her when she wouldn't give him her money for drugs or just simply hit her when he wanted to. The addiction got so bad he would start selling her body for money to get drugs . Her mom heard about it and went to get her. Marilla now lives with her mom and her boyfriend in the rich side of town. She's shy but she's known for her outburst and anger. But things aren't what they seem in the inside. Her mom abuses her. Mostly mentally but sometimes physically. Her mom makes her thinks she's incapable of love until she meets ash. He changed her perspective of herself and helps her through the hard times.
