SKYBOUND {Homestuck AU}

John has always dreamed of going to space. He's seen the footage, people going up into space and finding new planets, new people, plants and animals. Plenty of "aliens" are in normal society, too. His friend Jade is one herself.

Dave says everything has probably been discovered already. Jade tells him space isn't that great--it's just a bit vacuum. Rose has no interest in space at all.

Despite this, John is still determined. When he meets a kid in a game who introduces himself as Karkat, and lives on a planet undiscovered, whose inhabitants call Alternia, John pulls new and old friends alike on an expedition to find it.

But, he has no idea what he's pulling them all into.
