For that, she decides one very dark night to run away and find a safe place for her to stay in. She runs into a friendly woman who happens to know about the stuff Violet is going through. So she decides to help her one night and through this Violet meets what could be her saving grace.

28 year old insomniac Alex Griffin has had a life full of horrible relationships. She never knew why was it always her that gets hurt. But the only relationship that has been going on well with her is with her best friend Colin Sullivan. They have been they best of friends ever since high school. When things go in a different turn, Alex questions her love for him which causes obstacles to come through the way.
