In a world full of cruelty and viciousness, all 14 year old Violet Hart wants is a life full of happiness and a person that would care for her. She lived her whole life moving from a foster home to another ending up with a family that only inflicts pain to her.
For that, she decides one very dark night to run away and find a safe place for her to stay in. She runs into a friendly woman who happens to know about the stuff Violet is going through. So she decides to help her one night and through this Violet meets what could be her saving grace.
