Zoe and Jasmine are adopted sisters from America. They take part of a student exchange with Ouran high school in Japan. After getting lost and finding their way into Music Room 3, they encounter the hosts. Zoe has never been one to like someone, to even think of having a crush is out of the question. But a certain twin helps her see the good in other people besides her sister.
