When Mona Vanderwaal moves to a small town near Rosewood, Brookhaven. Hoping to get away from -A and getting a fresh new start. Her world is turned upside down when she relizes -A is still after her and wants to play dirty. Mona meets new people and sees old faces. But will she be able to handle how strong -A has gotten. Mona makes new friends and new love interests but she also finds some suspects that may be apart of the -A team as she knows it.
