Lassy Smith just moved to Southern California with her Aunt Tracy. She had a life in Nebraska before the big move. All her friends aren't in California but she is. Her parents died in a car crash a couple years after she was born. She moves in this disguising apartment, with a empty pool and a crazy lady from New Jersey.
