Jasmine Flowere is forced to visit her weird, wacko grandparents with equally crazy neighbors for the entire summer. Jasmine lives with her sisters Lavender, Lily, and baby Fern, and her mother, Crystal Flowere.
But when rumors of ghosts and strange things happening in the neighborhood start to arise, it makes the old, rickety place even scarier. Especially when Jasmine meets a strange ghost who says that she is out for nothing but revenge.

Victoria has a dark past. She had pushed her best friend off a cliff, and committed suicide. Driven by anger and grief, Victoria twisted the past around to blame her best friend from a century ago.
Now her best friend's descendants are here. And Victoria is out to get them.
