Sierra is sent to a hospital called, The Vonderberg Hospital for the Mentally Insane, just because she unlike her very religious parents, doesn't believe in God. This causes her parents to make many far-fetched assumptions which lead to them thinking she's crazy. This is when they take her to the hospital. But it is not what she thought it would be. This hospital is not for the crazy it's for experiments. Experiments that's doctors and scientists have dedicated their lives to working on. But all these experiments are in people, to enhance their pain tolerance, give them an ability and things like that. On a painful adventure Sierra will uncover secrets at the hospital along with attempt to escape with the help of some of the other experiments
