In middle school, my affection for Adrien was obvious. So often my lovesick stuttering and clumsiness resulted in smug and teasing smiles across the room. I didn't mind so much that everyone else knew as long as he was still oblivious. I was happy living in my own world of simple imaginations while I stayed in the security of friendship. Yes, it's a little juvenile, but then again, so was I when I experienced this. I never expected anything to happen. I never expected to be the one to make the first move, but when a few of my friends had dared me to confess my feelings to the guy I liked and made the consequences way worse than telling him, I did. But, little did I know what would happen next.

It wasn't necessarily the way that he would talk, even though have of the time I had to ask him what he meant. It wasn't even the way that he would try to tease me about my height even though he wasn't all that tall himself. All I knew at the time was that I was falling in love with one of the smartest people I had known. I prayed that by some miracle the feelings would go away, even though I knew they wouldn't. After graduation, it would be a long time before we crash into each other again. If I would've known that I would find him again in the future, I would've prepared myself better. He listened to what Marinette said about Luka and tried to keep his distance. after a series of unfortunate events, he finds himself single and gets a second chance from (Y/N), much to Luka's dismay. What happens when this certain blond is thrown into the mix?
