In a world after the superpowers destroyed each other with bombs, a new race emerged alongside the humans. Called the Unknown and labeled as witched, warlocks, and hunted down. This race evolved due to never ending enemies to a gene that could be passed from one to another. The down side, however, is that there are only a number of these genes left.

Now, an elite force known as the Saevick are tasked to hunt down the remaining Unknown to stamp out this gene. Soul, the son of the leader of the country, is different. He is a Saevick, and one of the best, but is also an Unkown. After meeting a intruiging Unknown his age, he begins to doubt himself, his father, and the world around him. He shares a strange connection to this girl, and through it he begins to learn why his doubt is rightfully made. When his world comes crashing down, he turns to the other Unknowns for help. But will they help him?

Either way, Soul's world will never be the same, and neither will he.
