Throughout his life he was told to do what he was told to do or endure the consequence, not even questioning how his life ended up the way it is. After years of dealing with this indescribable pain, he came to the belief that he'd die with this horrible life. Or so he thought. With what began with a terrible loss actually leads up to a life he never expected to have. He earns great reward, respect, and a bright future for completing a severe quest that depended on succession. However, like many quests this one's not going to be easy. Whether it be mythological monsters or a haunting from his past, he manages to triumph over them all thanks to a couple of familiar and new faces. Throughout his quest he finds answers to many questions to his life but one: Is this where his story ends? --- Before you begin reading there's a few more things I want to mention regarding the story. Some chapters are narrated by different characters (symbols will be provided), there are mild abusive moments, it doesn't immediately dive into arriving at Camp Half-Blood nor knowing the main character's name, and this story takes place a month after The Titans Curse (so Percy, Annabeth, and Grover won't be included in "this" story). This is my first story, so I hope y'all like it. This story is dedicated to my high school teachers (for the sake of their privacy, I won't give their names). It was thanks to them I found my passion for writing and came up with the idea to post my stories. Percy Jackson was finally able to lay low and have a peaceful life for once. The war with Gaea and the Giants was over, and Percy was excited to have the chance to spend time with his beautiful girlfriend. Then everything comes crashing down. A new kid comes stumbling into Camp-Half-Blood, and the moment he lays eyes on the legendary son of Poseidon, he hated him. It didn't help that the new kid was claimed by Poseidon, making him Percy's half-brother. Rumours and lies started to circle Camp-Half-Blood. Lies about how Percy was a traitor to the Gods, that he was spying for the titans the entire time. It finally came to the point where Percy was driven out of camp. But he had to have some sort of parting words to the people who had driven him out of camp, right? Of course. Perseus Jackson's final words. "I'll be back.
