The title is a nod to Gertrude Stein who said: "I have destroyed sentences and rhythms and literary overtones..." She also is quoted as saying she broke down sentences and language to rebuild in her image.
I am no where near as talented as her, but I love that message. Use your poetic license and write something meaningful to you. Which is what I did.
Random poems that I enjoy writing. They don't follow rules because I believe poems should have no rules.
First poem is about motherhood, second poem is about Atoms and was written by my husband and I together. Third is about the day we spread my mom's ashes. Fourth is a poem I wrote about my husband's lovely face.

I am a Poet, surfing the rainbows... Squandering the few surviving winks in my dreamy eyes. I, a well accompanied loner, saunter amidst the fireflies. Living Life, Frame by Frame
Through a camera lens, you can capture certain moments of life. This book will be a collection of short stories and poems that will be based off of photos that I have taken. If a short story or poem has themes that some may find sensitive or triggering, this will be mentioned at the start. All photos will also be displayed at the start, so you can view the photo before/while reading. Just A Mess
