Everyone knows what happens when a person is bitten by a werewolf. The human is cursed to become a wolf once a month during the full moon, for the rest of their life. This story is like that, but...more watery.

In its sudden departure, my arm came down with a resounding splash! onto the surface of the water and then...silence. My grip on Charlie's hand tightened, my body seized with sudden anxiety.
