Then he turned to me. He smiled a small sweet smile. Of course, I blush heavily. Why does the universe hate me? Then he smiles a bigger smile. He knows it's getting to me. That jerk. That adorable, irresistible jerk.
Of course, I can't take my eyes off of him. He smiles the biggest brightest smile I have ever seen from anyone ever. He can tell what I'm thinking. I quickly turn my head to a different direction than him. Why is he so cute? Why do I have to be the one girl that he likes to annoy?

I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace.
