Rose has lived a tortured life. Her parents never supported her, always bringing her down and making her feel worthless. Her school-life hasn't helped. She has no friends and she's considered the school joke. She constantly finds demeaning notes in her binder and locker and it's tearing her down. Her whole life changes for the worst.
Niall hasn't been happy since before his ex-girlfriend had left him. The fact she was best friends with his band mate's girlfriend didn't help him. He has slipped into a depression that makes him push everyone away from him.
Ghosts of themselves, of who they used to be, they meet. Shells of humans, fractured hearts, they attempt to put themselves back together. But things that are broken can never be fully restored. Can they find it within themselves to keep fighting, or will they simply disappear?

Looking back, Harry can differentiate the stages of it. It started with conscious eating, with trying to know exactly what was in his food and not wanting to put garbage into his body. Gradually, he started to work out more. And then came the restricting, where he slowly reeled back on carbs and fatty foods and sugar. But it wasn't too bad yet. All it was was thinking extra hard about his food choices and avoiding certain things. It was okay. Eventually, it stopped being okay. or, Harry struggles with an eating disorder. Its like a never ending thing. Everyone takes part in it. No one really cares. Its a problem that happens everyday to millions, but Harry never thought it would happen to him. Now a senior in high school, Harry is not sure how he has made it this far. He came out in freshman year. Some say its a stupid year to come out but Harry wanted to start new, fresh. Ever since he came out he has been bullied. Now he is sure he would take it all back. He's not embarrassed for who he is but he hates the torment. Louis Tomlinson has always had self esteem problems; he never thought he was skinny or handsome, as he became older, he began to try to change things. Louis began to change his style of clothing and his hair, he also began to diet. His dieting was different than other peoples diet, he started to starve himself and if he had ate too much, he'd make himself purge. He felt like he needed to be perfect for someone to love him, he feels like no one would love a fat blob like him. Harry Styles is sad, very sad. He doesn't know how to explain his sadness, all he knows it that he wants to die; he doesn't want to live. He hates himself more than anyone on this planet. Harry doesn't exactly know what's wrong with him, he can fake a smile, he can make it look like he's having the time of his life when in reality he would rather be dead.
