Summer Plans is a story about a boy who is forced to spend his Summer Vacations in Swallow Falls, a small town on the outskirts of California, in the country side.
15 year old, Michael( Mike) resents this idea instantly but his parents make him go to Swallow Falls to visit his Grandmother who is on her deathbed.
The Story progresses as Michael starts adapting to life in Swallow Falls, and somewhere in the hot, easy hamlet finds himself along the way.
