Hetalia (when two worlds connect)

Italy is hit with a random spell and goes to the 2p world while his 2p goes to his world (it's one of my first story so please don't expect to much)(I don't own hetalia or the cover I only own the plot sorry if the accent are bad I know I such at it)there will be yaoi so sorry if you don't like it
