He was a thief and orphan.  She was an ice witch forced to hide her powers and turn away the ones she loved most.   They were both outcasts.   But even two outcasts can find love.  

(Just a simple Eugelsa story.  This takes place in an AU where Eugene and Elsa meet early in life and Eugene never meets Rapunzel.  This will follow them through their lives and their relationship.
