Phil is seen a very generous.
He is goes to the University majoring in law, has tons of "friends", and a nice family.
Phil doesn't realize that he is being used for his money.
Dan finds a true friend in Phil, and soon a potential lover. This is the first time Dan has trusted someone besides his hardworking father.
