When Spirit Airlines 231 crashes on an Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean Mikayla must find a way to survive until help comes to the rescue. She finds herself laying on the beach with a possible injured leg. She carefully gets up and starts scouring the Island in desperate search for survivors. While she is doing that, she encounters a strange man watching her. He then says "don't think you're staying forever girl. Once I tell the others that you're all here on the beach waiting to get rescued, we'll come looking for you and kill you all one.....by......one."
