Dilynrae(Dill-in-ray) is a descendant of Eol and Aredhel sent to our world when she was a mere baby, to protect her from the massacre that was to happen. Once she was here she was raised not knowing who she was or what she was, since she turned human upon arrival. Then one day she drowns and appears in Middle Earth.

Once in Middle Earth she finds she isn't human at all. She finds another like her, Kalanlyn, who tells her she is a dark elf. A Drow. Becoming fast friends with the mysterious stranger, they train in the forest of Mirkwood...

Then she stumbles upon a single elk. Curious she finds herself becoming attached to the elk not knowing that ever time she's there that she is being watched by someone... that she has caught the eye of that someone...

But not just anyone: Thranduil Orophorion, Prince and future king of Mirkwood.

They never talk until one day, when she is captured along with her company of dwarves, on request of the Grey wizard himself, and sets eyes on him for the first time though it is not his first time gazing upon her.

Will she fall for the Elvenking and stay with him? Or will she break his already broken heart?

A/N: Dilynrae is quite older than Thranduil. If you have read the Silmarillion then you'll know the first few chapters will consist of events that took place there. For those of you who have not read it, a brief description is shit went down. Dilynrae's father is still alive, and the characters of the Silmarillion are still active in Arda. Men have not made an appearance as of yet... I don't think but yeah. The first few chapters will be an account of her life in Arda BEFORE she meets Thranduil's elk and BEFORE she starts her journey with the dwarves AND BEFORE she actual meets Thranduil. Just thought I should tell you before some people go 'where the fuck is bae? What is this girl on?'.

Thirty years after the events of The Hobbit, Legolas heeds his father's words to go north and find a wanderer named Strider. However, his search for Strider comes with danger: orcs. So when he is saved from a deadly ambush by a mysterious, yet cunning she-elf, Legolas does all he can to unmask her true identity while staying focused on his mission. Miranna Foxglove's Elven parents were slain by orcs when she was just an elfling; she has a scar -an emotional and physical one- to remember that night. When hordes of orcs start roaming Middle Earth once more, Miranna, along with her mare, tracks them and exterminates them along the way while finding the orc who killed her parents. She does not expect to find two things during her hunt: the Elven prince of Mirkwood and a place that has always waited for her to call home. Queen Naehlara (LOTR, Legolas love story) by ardenswriting

In a bed chamber high in the trees of Lothlorien is a young she-elf is sound asleep. "She will wake soon if Mithrandir is to proceed with his quest to Erebor. The darkness will grow, and she will awaken to fight it, like she did long ago." Galadriel says, turning to her husband and taking his hand. The she-elf is not as young as she seems, she had nearly faded when Galadriel found her at the beginning of the second age. The elf never woke, but the Lady of Light has foreseen it; Naehlara will awaken to help lead the elves, men and all free folk to peace, for she is the High Queen of the elves. The only living elf from the first age. Her fae grows stronger with every year bringing her closer to awakening. Galadriel once was friends with the elf, her father Thingol; king of Doriath before it was abandoned and forgotten as the first age elves left Middle Earth to go back to Valanor or faded with time. "I have longed to see my friend reawaken but how do you explain to one that nearly two ages has passed since she fell into slumber." Galadriel says, a small smile growing on her face. "She was a mighty warrior, the best in all of Middle Earth. But she was stubborn, not as wise as most elves. A lot more like our Woodland kin, the ones in Greenwood." Galadriel says, a laugh slipping through her lips as she remembers watching Naehlara fight in the wars long ago. How she'd argue with anyone that stood in her way, nearly taking the head off the captain of the guard when he would not head her warning of the armies coming from Morgoth. ✨NOT A HOBBIT FANFIC IT IS SET DURING LORD OF THE RINGS✨ A/N I do not own any character other than Naehlara and maybe more if I choose to add more. But probably just Naehlara. I'm newer to the fandom so please let me know if i got any facts wrong. I hope you enjoy the story Also maybe be slow updates due to work but I hope to put out consistently!

Legolas, Prince of Mirkwood, knows who you are and detests you for it. Prove yourself, [Y/n]. Prove that blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. 𐬺𞠬𐬺 Hello! This is an xReader for feminine persons, and it involves a ton of inspiration from Dark Souls, so yeah, if you're reading this and thinking; "Izalith? Isn't that the witch from that one game?"- to that I say, yes it is. I'm a huge geek for that trilogy... Also this is based off both the book AND movies. I'm hoping to capture quality realism in this book, since I never read a fanfic that feels genuine or authentic in the way characters would act, or speak. My writing isn't used to formality, imma try my best to make it sound like Middle Earth speech, but if you see any mistakes, please for the love of Eru, point it out and give me advice!!!! Other than that, if you have any questions, ask on my feed, and I'll answer it on here (if it's a popular question). Prepare for deep lore and symbolism!! There's a reason for everything that happens in this book, and you are the main focus of it all. THANKS FOR READING!!! BYEE

"The world was young, the mountains green, No stain yet on the Moon was seen, No words were laid on stream or stone When Durin woke and walked alone. He named the nameless hills and dells; He drank from yet untasted wells; He stooped and looked in Mirrormere, And saw a crown of stars appear." You could say Endor Baggins's life was the complete opposite of her uncle Bilbo's. Having grown up as the proper hobbit, with no "trouble in an adventurous spirit," she was highly praised by strangers and hobbits alike. That is, until her father and mother died in a tragic incident. The Shirefolk would forever blame shock for Endor's dramatic change, although she remembers the shift as the revelation of her true character. Indeed, whereas Bilbo transformed from adventurous to reserved, Endor moved from conservative to travel-frenzied. And her little brother of three years, Frodo, had no tether on her actions. After all, Bilbo was there to look after her sibling as she travelled the West for months at a time. With this change in spirit, it came as no surprise when she demanded to accompany her uncle in his visit to Erebor, thirty-three years after his departure from the Company. After all, it had been Bilbo whom she idolized: her courageous uncle who reclaimed a mountain from a dragon with a rogue band of dwarves. This was a simple visit to a distant land, yet the journey made a second hobbit into legend. And thus, her story begins when she took her first true step, from the Shire to the Lonely Mountain, hobbits to dwarves, past to future, and loneliness to love. DISCLAIMER: I don't own any of the characters in this story other than Endor Baggins, nor do I own the settings. These rights are reserved to J.R.R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson. I don't own the media I post, as they belong to their respective owners. I do not own the cover picture; it belongs to its respective owner(s).
