It would be cool if someone could read these poems and sympathize with me, and if they sat down to talk, that would be even better. But for now I'll keep up the work I do, because no matter the size of your audience, it shouldn't affect the quality of your work.
Eighth grade is my inspiration for all of these poems, although not always in a potitive way. I just need somewhere to dump my feelings and express them in a productive way. These series of poems are moody and untidy, but I hope they can reflect the sensitivity of my attitude and put you in my shoes- unless you don't want to wear them.All Rights Reserved

I was the 6th-grade "slut." And I kept a diary. So I decided to create The UnSlut Project in the hopes that my own diary entries could provide some perspective to girls who currently feel trapped and ashamed. These poems are just some of the little pieces that make up my life. Whenever I get inspired by someone or something, I write a little story about it in the form of a poem. In a way, it helps me express what I have in my mind in a very vague way. I'm not that kind of a direct person, but there are things that are sometimes, better to kept secret. Here, these poems are what I wanted to say to my friends, to other important people, to people in general, to the world around me, to life and each detail it possesses. Each poem has a central theme, and around that revolves a certain story that I want to impart, something too delicate to be expressed directly, something too complicated.
