Ingrid and James Brommer- twin siblings who are as different as day and night. Ingrid is an archeologist/smuggler, and James is a CIA-Interpol agent. Born into an impossibly wealthy family, they were in competition for everything until they went to separate universities for separate careers- something they wouldn't kill each other over- but now their careers have crossed paths, and in a most deadly way. Ingrid's connections in the artifact stealing/smuggling world have been interrupted by James's CIA/Interpol hunt for a rogue archaeologist who has stolen artifacts that belong to a very angry foreign government- and other unseen things. For the second time in their lives, the Brommer twins must work together, trying to figure out if they are really on each other's sides or not.
The fact that the rogue archaeologist is Ingrid's on-again-off-again boyfriend, Enrique Argavieso, doesn't make the problem any easier. Maybe an undercover CIA agent posing as Enrique's ditzy intern, Michelle Olivers, James' ex-girlfriend, makes things tougher.
