"Lachlan, you can't hide forever!" Preston yelled worryingly, jiggling the locked door knob.

I tried to open my mouth to speak, but the only words that came out chilled me to the core.

"Yes I can, the darkness is the only place I can find happiness..."

***

It's been six months since Lachlan found out he was gay, six months since he found out he loved Preston and on April 23, 2016 he knew he had to confess his love.

That was until, Preston answered the call, a beaming smile shining off of his face as his new girlfriend sat behind him.

With Lachlan's one true love stabbing him through the heart, he falls into depression with the darkness being his only friend.

The only place were no one could hear his cries and the only place he could endure the pain.

But could the person who sent him into madness be able to be the light to his darkness and lead him back into happiness?

I don't know, read this book to find out.
