Slowly people were brought to them showing horrific signs of an un-known disease, they named it MorboRisum. Every victim that died would slowly turn insane and laugh at the pain, they performed several tests to find a cure but none worked. The CDC was then knocked out by the virus before they could tell the world what they had done.
