Juliet Harrington, a wealthy teen, who has a throne in the Hills and the world at her feet leads a pretty hectic life.

Sure she's been working with a silver spoon in her mouth since the day she was born, but that silver spoon doesn't make it any easier to juggle running a high school empire, trying not to fail all of her classes,  captaining a cheerleading team, and striking the fear of God into every last one of her peers. Toss in a very random, very sudden, very intense new crush and Juliet finds herself in one hell of a head spinning whirlwind. 

The path she's on is a rocky one, but she will not tolerate failing to come out on top on any one of those fronts. 

If that means she has to scratch out a few eyes in order to get there, then that's exactly what she'll do.

And she'll do it with a smile on her face and her favorite pair of Jimmy Choos on her feet.
