He is quite old, and nobody has a good feeling about him. He always watches the children on her street, making it uncomfortable to even ride their bikes. One day, Clementine and her best friend Ryan, became missing. Nobody knows how, though. The neighbors had predictions thinking that Tyler was the cause, but he claims he didn't do it.
