I would have to say it was pretty easy to turn it off. To turn the emotions off, the caring, the feelings, everything. It was almost like I stepped out of my body and watched the apathy take over what was left of me. It felt good, I was finally relieved of the shitty emotions I had let control my life for the past two years. I was finally free and I was never going to look back from here.

Chloe has been single for six months after ending a terrible relationship. Ever since she lost her best friend in high school, she copes with things by shutting down her emotions. She's now 21 years old and living life like its a party... Literally. As Chloe spirals out of control in a world full of drugs and alcohol she meets Chase, a 24 year old law student. Instantly there is a connection but not enough for Chloe to lower her wall even slightly. But still, Chase is unlike anyone Chloe has ever met before. Can he bring her back to the surface or will she drown in the world of apathy she has submerged herself in?
