It's the year 894 in the kingdom of Desmyae and the kingdom is in shambles. The entire kingdom his torn in a bloody civil war between the king and his nobles. There is no where safe and our protaganist, Erak Stanby is caught up in the midst of it all. Swept from his little village on the outskirts of the kingdom, Erak is thrown into the middle of battle, caught up in a world wind of political strife, and even falls for a princess.
