When Massachusetts falls ill, the states scramble to take care of their big brother, but it kind-of-sort-of fails, and the rest of the original 13 don't know how to protect him from their little siblings' attempts to "help" the sick state, until Delaware finds out on accident Massachusetts's issues are a whole lot worse than they thought.
